Introduction: Ms.Scott

Hello Global Glimps Friends and families.
I’m Ms. Scott one of the Global Glimpses Leader for the trip to Constanza DR on the 08/11/2025.
My journey: at the age of 18 b, most people are still navigating the complexities of adulthood, exploring their identities, and contemplating what the future holds. But for me , the journey has been anything but conventional. I am not only a high school teacher in bro, but i am a mother of three and a grandmother of three. My life has been a beautiful blend of responsibility, love, adventure, and the constant pursuit of personal growth.
Being a teacher for 18 years has been a unique experience. In a profession where experience is typically accumulated over years or even decades. I find myself in a role where my passion for education shines despite my age. I teach in a high school in Brooklyn, i interact with students who, like me, are at the crossroads of their young adult lives. This gives me a unique ability to connect with them. By offering guidance not only as an educator but also a role model.
Balancing the demanding work of teaching while raising three kids and three grandchildren. I still enjoy dancing salsa, traveling and meeting new people as well as enjoying great food. There is something special about how food can bring people together by transcend cultural barriers, and create lasting memories. I am a funny, happy person, outgoing and loving. Life isn’t about following a linear path. It’s about embracing the unique and sometime unpredictable journey that is your owe. I can’t wait to meet all of my new global Glimps families and friends.
