ARRIVAL TO COSTA RICA!!!

Hello parents/friends/family!

Today your Glimpsers arrived to Costa Rica with an amazing energy after a long travelling day!
As soon as they arrived we stopped for a delicious box breakfast of pancakes, fruits and juice and we headed to our base house located in the mountains of Turrialba (the town is called San Rafael).
It took us 1h30 mins to arrive and after sleeping through the way we got settled in our accomodation.
We had a delicious traditional Costa Rican lunch called CASADO (rice, beans, chicken, salad and sweet platains). Everyone loved it, they even asked for seconds.
We continued our day giving out the expectations and explaining the program components for the next 11 days ahead 🙂
After some group dynamics and seminars, they had some free time and it was already time for dinner.
We had our first nightly meeting where our first LDDs (leaders of the day): TALIA AND MIA for tomorrow presented their talents and took over the rest of the nightly meeting.
Overall, everyone had an amazing energy for day 1. We are very very excited for the next couple of days!!!!Tomorrow we’ll have our neighborhood tour and bonding games !!!!
