What’s upppp!!!

Wassup y’all I hope I’m publishing this to the right one😭. My name is Alexander Perez but I go by Alex and I’m hella looking forward to this trip! Since I was a kid one of my dreams has been to travel the world and it feels amazing knowing I have the opportunity to take my first step in achieving that dream through this trip! I go to Hayward High School in Hayward and I’m gonna be a senior next year, which I’m so excited for! I come from immigrant parents, both from Mexico, and I LOVE going to Mexico. My mom’s from Jalisco and my dad’s from CDMX/Toluca so if anyone has ever been to any of these states/cities or have family over there let me know!! I love talking about my culture and where I’m from, even though I’ve only been to Mexico like twice😭. I also enjoy playing volleyball and soccer, or basically any sport, but I only play for my volleyball team at my school. I’m not the best at it because I’m kinda short😞 but I’ve been playing for these past three years as a setter/opposite! Another favorite thing I enjoy is taking pictures! I have like 10k+ pictures in my camera roll, ranging from scenic views to pictures with friends or of myself. I’m hella looking forward to taking pictures with my digital cams in Panama!! Something else I also enjoy is gardening. It’s definitely not new, however, I have been getting more involved in this hobby than in the past. If you were wondering why I got more involved in gardening recently, ITS NOT because of grow a garden in Roblox😭I just enjoy planting my own things and admiring it to be honest. I’m currently growing strawberries and tomatillos, and some other plants that I honestly don’t know the names of😢. I hope we have the opportunity to plant something in Panama, and if we do, that’s probably the main thing I would look forward to! I love listening to Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, Cleo sol, Peso Pluma, SZA, Drake, Summer Walker, Jhene Aiko and J. Cole😛 just don’t ask me about the lyrics of a specific song ’cause I have the worst memory. Lastly, I enjoy meeting new people and later becoming friends, especially those from different background, because there is probably so little in common about each other, which I honestly like since there is so much to share about our differences! I look forward to getting to know all of y’all in-person and reading y’all’s blogs! I added some pics too so y’all can recognize me the day of and like kinda get to know me through ’em😝!!
