WE DID IT: CAP EXECUTION

We started the morning with a beautiful sunrise and hot weather. At 7:30 am, everyone was downstairs, ready to start the long day that was ahead of us. We got to Los Cerritos, ready to lock in and finish up what was missing yesterday, finishing the last touches. Starting with the church, then getting to the eco benches. With a lot of hard work from our mural team, we were able to bring a beautiful picture of the students’ ideas to life. Here is a picture of the final project, along with our amazing and creative mural team that was in charge of sketching and painting the mural:

After the mural was done, we watched the presentation that the students from Los Cerritos prepared with such care and excitement for us. We were all amazed by the creativity and effort they put into delivering this amazing performance. Not only was the performance they put on for us spectacular, but it was also heartwarming to see how joyful the kids were to express their culture.

We finished the evening with an amazing dinner at a steakhouse. We were all looking cute and on fleek.

With love and excitement, Julia, Jasper, and Sarai.
