Greetings Glimpsers! My name is Lenore, and I teach at Baccalaureate School for Global Education in Queens. This is my third trip as a Global Glimpse Leader and first time to Las Tablas. I am looking forward to sharing this wonderful opportunity to learn about the history, culture, and people of Panama with all of you.
Along with my love of teaching, I am passionate about travel, theater, reading, hiking, and practicing yoga. I am a former Peace Corps volunteer and served in Kazakhstan. And in the spirit of Mark Twain, “…throw off the bow lines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” I eagerly await our adventures together!
