Hi everyone!

We’re your Program Coordinators — Yadariselt (she/her) and Maykeld (he/him) — and we’re truly looking forward to meeting you soon. As we get closer to the start of this journey, we wanted to share a bit about ourselves so you can get to know the team that will be supporting you this summer.

My name is Maykeld Wong, and I’m from Parita, Panamá. My background is in logistics, and I’m passionate about creating smooth, meaningful experiences for others. Outside of work, I love singing, dancing, exploring nature, and baking desserts to share with friends and family. I’ve also been involved in community volunteering since I was young, especially in projects focused on pet care and education. This is my second summer with Global Glimpse, and I’m excited to bring that experience into our time together while learning from each of you along the way.

My name is Yadariselt Romano, and I’m a proud New Yorker who has called Panamá home for the past three years. After graduating college, I joined the Peace Corps, and the experience has shaped so much of who I am today. I love dancing, discovering new places, and spending time outdoors. This will be my first year as a Program Coordinator with Global Glimpse, and I’m genuinely excited to share this new adventure with you.

We’re both committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and memorable experience for every one of you. We can’t wait to welcome you and begin this journey together.
