Panama is waiting for you!!

Hi everyone, and welcome!

We are Yosselyn and David, your Program Coordinators, and we are incredibly excited to soon welcome you to Panamá.

As the program gets closer, we wanted to take a moment to say how excited we are to meet all of you and share this experience together. Panamá is a place filled with warmth, diversity, beautiful landscapes, and amazing communities—and we hope this journey will be one that inspires, challenges, and stays with you long after it ends.

Before you arrive, we wanted to introduce ourselves and tell you a little more about who we are!

Hi everyone! I’m Yosselyn Sánchez, and I’m so excited to meet you all soon in Panamá! I’m from Loja-Ecuador, and I’m an Architect and English teacher passionate about education, social work, and volunteering. Over the years, I’ve worked with the United Nations and other local and international organizations, I’ve taught children, teenagers, and adults, and because I love learning as much as teaching, I pursued a master’s degree in Urban Studies focused on Amazonian urbanization. After previously working as a Program Coordinator in Ecuador, I’m now thrilled to share this experience in Panamá with all of you. I can’t wait to explore and create unforgettable memories together!.

This is David Navas, I’m from Riobamba – Ecuador. I am a Software developer and I have worked independently for about 7 years in Software engineering, User interface and User experience. I’m always down to talk about books, board games and music. I’ve always had a calling for teaching and during my Bachelor’s degree through elective classes I found a new interest and passion for Sustainable Development and Globalization. I learned about Global Glimpse during their time in Riobamba and I saw what they achieved and changed in my community.

We assure you that this is going to be an incredible summer in Panamá, full of impactful experiences and opportunities for growth.

Best wishes,

Your PCs,

David and Yosselyn
