our base house in Santa rosa, turrialba 🗻

hello everyone! Cami and Jorge here. We have a very long day today. We had an amazing breakfast at the hotel and then we got ready to head our way to Santa Rosa, Turrialba. But the traffic was TERRIBLE and it took more time than the usual. Long trip in a very big bus 🚍

on the way we stopped at the market to get some snacks and try new things. Finally we made it to the Base House, the beautiful Finca Aracari ✨ we had lunch (typical Casado de pollo: rice, beans, chicken, salad, plantain) and then the kids spent the next ours hearing about rules, safety and expectations. We also did some activities to get to know each other better!

During the free time they played Monopoly, Uno, hide and seek. They bonded and had lots of fun!!!
After dinner (a delicious pasta with bolognese) we had our first nightly meeting and we got to know the first three Líderes del Día (leaders of the day)!

Tomorrow will be an amazing day! 🇨🇷
