This morning started as usual, but quickly got into some deep reflection! We spent a few hours, thinking back on our trip, how we’ve grown, giving big love to each other, and writing about what we want to stop, start and continue doing when we return to the US. I (Adilene) enjoyed getting into our feelings, stepping into my leadership role, and giving positive feedback to the whole group. It was an emotional morning.

For lunch, we had more delicious Dominican food and fruit per usual, then we had some free time to start packing or hang out. After lunch, Dani and Pedro had a surprise adventure for us! We headed to a gorgeous cascada (waterfall) which involved hiking down (and up) a beautiful pathway.

“I loved walking through the turbulent and wavy water created by the waterfall to then get pelted by the force of gravity into the beautiful sand. I felt refreshed and open to the world.” -Katie Some of us took some quiet reflective time while others splashed around the waterfall.

This evening, we rode in the safari bus to a souvenir shop and spent some time there gathering gifts for our families. Then we went to have dinner at Pepperoni’s, a fantastic, marvelous and scrumptious place to enjoy each other’s company at our final dinner together.

We closed the night with our final nightly meeting, sharing our sacred thoughts and emotions.
We’re not looking forward to tomorrow’s travel day, but we are excited to see you all soon!!
BIG LOVE!!

Wow. What an adventure. Time flew by so quickly.
While I’m sad for the adventure to be coming for a close, Im excited for you all to return home and for all of us families to hear more about these adventures.
Tiffany I see there’s been a long sleeve transition. Hopefully the bugs have left you alone since we spoke. AND I would have like to hear your voice but skipping me for the 5am call was okay too!
Love you Tiffany. Can’t wait to see you 😘 mwah!
