Jerrys pov:

  • It was a very long day, one of my key highlights where that I had a chance to explore more of the hotel a bit more, saw the sun rise. I almost got scammed by the hotel staff trying to charge me 10 US bucks for a book… I had a way to change that price to 5 dollars, what a steal!

Claire’s Pov:

My morning started with a mass exorsism of cockroaches. My roomates and I armed ourselves with hairspray and shampoo, not yet prepared to get kicked out of our bathroom. In the end it was the sink that washed our fears and the cockroaches down the drain. After breakfast we journeyed 10 yards to our bus, narrowly dodging group pictures and headcounts. Through out the long bus ride we told stories and played games until we fell asleep. Once we settled back into our hotel rooms and ate our nutritous lunch of rice, beans, and chicken, we had our daily meeting to discuss our CAP (community action project). Fast forward to after dinner was our nightly meeting where we recapped our day and have our ceremony of passing the torch to the leaders for tomorrow! Even though being leader of the day wasn’t my favorite it was still an eyeopening experience!

Oh no, while you’re traveling, it’s always a good idea to be mindful of your surroundings. Sometimes, when you’re in new places, you might come across insects like cockroaches. They can carry germs, so it’s best to avoid contact with them and keep your room tidy. If you happen to see one, just let the hotel staff know so they can take care of it. Don’t worry. Being aware and taking a few simple precautions will help you have a healthy and enjoyable trip. Try Keeping luggage zipped and off the floor, using luggage racks when available to avoid them getting into your belongings is the ideal way to avoid bring them with you . Hope you’re feeling better. Can’t wait to see you smiling again. Hope your feeling better it was nice hearing from you yesterday we we’re excited to hear from you and cant wait for you to come home. I hope you haven’t forgotten to pray the rosary every night. Sweet dreams love you

I still can’t tell if my comments are going through or not, so sorry for doubling-up again (if it actually goes through). This website has me tweaking OUTTTT but it’s good to see you doing well ^^

If my comments are showing up, WE MISS YOU CHLOE!!1!!!!!1 I been saying this in like every comment, but it needs to be known. Have you lost your passport yet? lol

I’m making a prediction that you’re at least halfway through checking off your bingo card as of right now. You can tell me that I’m right when you get back…. heh….

OH MY GOODNESS I HOPE THE MUSIC IS OKAY. Was 80 songs enough??? I’m paranoid you’re starting to hate the dramatic ass VGM bc that mix is lowkey booty. Not saying that the songs are bad, I just think the arrangement could have been more thoughtful :/

And also keep taking photos!!!!!! Microdose on that blue light exposure and bring back lotsa images. I <3 images (and I'm nosey asffff and i wanna see what you saw 👁️👁️)

Keep being swag out there soldier, I'll evil curse anyone who's mean to you when you're back home safe.

GG Staff note – Cockroaches and other bugs are not uncommon in the warm weather countries we operate but we’ll check with the hotel and delegation to see if anything can be done!
