Jalayah’s Intro

Hello lovely’s

HIIII! I’m Jalayah Yoakum. I attend Da Vinci Communications. Highschool has definitely been a rollercoaster especially handling all the classes along with any honors. My favorite subject is Math even tho I’m barely good at it. I also have my fair share of science since I did like chemistry and biology but to a certain extent. With my school, I’m on the Cheer team and I’m really enjoying it. I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old so dance has been a big part of my life. I also have other interest and hobbies like I love listening to music, taking drives, and going shopping. Some of my favorite artist are Summer Walker, Bryson Tiller, and kwn. I have a wide range of genres that I love though like RnB, pop, and oldies(I love it all). I also love being around my friends and hanging out with people but also hanging with myself. That’s why I believe that I can be shy but also pretty outgoing. I also LOVE food. I grew up with a chef so I do love cooking even though I’m a picky eater. I love watching movies and shows as well. Some of my favorite shows are Sister, Sister, Victorious, Jessie, Austin & Ally, and KC Undercover. Some of my favorite movies are Lemonade Mouth, Teen Beach Movie (only the first one), Descendants, Scream, and To All The Boys I Loved. If you can tell, I’m a big Disney kid because that’s all I grew up on.

I’m really grateful that I was picked to get this experience and I hope I learn so many new things along with creating new friendships along the way. See you guys SOON!
