JA2D Return Travel Update – UA2053 Delay

Hello Families of delegation JA2D,

We want to share an update: Due to weather conditions limiting flights into Chicago, the group’s flight out of Newark has been delayed. Please be aware that they are now expected to depart at 4:40pm ET, with a new scheduled landing time of 6:46pm in Chicago. Please feel free to track the flight’s status here (Flight # 2053) so that you can stay up to date on any further delays.

The group is safe and we will ensure they are as comfortable as possible until their flight. Trip leaders Tristan and Emilie are with the students as well.

While it is unfortunate when air travel does not go as planned, it is not uncommon, and the Global Glimpse team is available to support the group as needed until they reach their destination.
