My name is Pam Sherley. I am a Science teacher at South Shore Intl College Prep. I have been teaching for almost 30 years. This is my first year traveling with Global Glimpse and I am very excited to share this experience with each one of you. I hope to meet interesting people and learn about traditions, customs and practices. I expect to participate in meaningful acts of service to make an impact to the community and people the reside in it. I anticipate appreciating new customs, learning new lands, and meeting new people. I hope this is the first of NEW GGL experiences.
Hola! My name is Erika Geraldino, and I will be one of your trip leaders. I am very excited for the opportunity to explore Panama with all of you!
I am a Bilingual Teacher at Chicago Math and Science Academy, where I have been teaching grades 6–12 for over a year. In my free time, I love traveling, and Panama will be my 12th country visited!
I am looking forward to getting to know each of you while participating in culturally meaningful and community-building experiences together. I am especially excited to learn more about the traditions, culture, and everyday life in Panama. As a Colombian myself, it is very special to have the opportunity to explore a neighboring country and connect with its rich culture and people.
I cannot wait to share this experience with all of you and create unforgettable memories together!
