Introduction: Danielle Moore, GGL

Hi All!

My name is Danielle Moore and I’m excited to be your Global Glimpse Leader this year! I’m looking forward to having fun, making memories, serving communities, and being a support to you all when you need it while in Costa Rica. Before we embark on our adventure,  here’s a little more about me…

I am a Humanities teacher at Professional Performing Arts School. I love to travel & my favorite trip so far was exploring the cities in Egypt. I love video games (currently playing Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5), horror movies, true crime & going on food adventures.

In college my minor was cultural anthropology, which is the study of human society and culture. When I visit different places, I love to learn more about their beliefs, customs & way of life. To prepare for our trip, I have been learning Spanish so I can better understand the community we will be visiting. 

This is my first time visiting Costa Rica just like you. I can’t wait to go on this adventure with you all!
