Intro to Ruby Fondiller

Hi everyone, My name is Ruby, I’m 17 years old, and I’m so excited to be going on this trip!

I’m currently going into my senior year at Frank Sinatra in Queens as a drama major. I’m from the Bronx, but I’m currently spending most of my summer on the North Shore of Massachusetts working. I am a huge animal lover, with about 8 pets of my own at home. I also enjoy reading, going to the cinema, as well as concerts.

Since I was a young child, visiting Costa Rica’s cloud forests has been on my bucket list. The area has some of the most fascinating biodiversity I’ve ever seen. I am so thrilled to be attending this trip, and so fortunate to be attending with one of my best friends, fellow glimpser Jordana Brown. I’m looking forward to learning how to advocate for not only my peers, but the communities that surround me.
