I am luna

Hello, I’m Luna, my pronouns are they/them, I go to Oakland School for the Arts, and I’m really excited to go on this trip.

I live in Oakland but I’m originally from Socal. I like doing a lot of things. I crochet, I weave, draw, paint, sew, sculpt, I’m in school for theatre and do a lot of musicals and plays and stuff, I’m in a musical duo with my sister, we do harmonies and songs, I play guitar and piano, I write a little bit, I’d like to be a movie director someday but I don’t know if I have the commitment for that haha.

I love to ride my bike. It’s my favorite thing. Everyone should ride a bike and I’ve got a whole spiel how cars are detrimental to society and have been sold to us through the idea of American individualism.

I love music, especially physical media, I’m bringing my cd player and a speaker, so if you have cds feel free to bring them so we can all vibe. My music taste is kinda all over the place, I love Kendrick, Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell, Nina Simone, Sir Chloe, recently have gotten into Frank Zappa and Janis Joplin. I’m also bringing my camera.

So excited to meet you all and to travel, I’ve never been out of the country before so I’m really thrilled to have this opportunity.
