Hey C1C!

Hey everyone! My name is Brandon Chan but my students call me Mr. B. I’m so excited to be one of your Global Glimpse Leaders this summer and cannot wait to share this awesome summer adventure with you all!

Currently, I am wrapping up my fourth year of teaching English/ELD at Independence High School in San Jose. This will be my fourth Global Glimpse trip; my third as a Leader. I had previously travelled with GG as a student back in 2016 to Nicaragua. I’ve experienced GG from both sides and feel absolutely confident in saying that this journey can truly be one of a kind. My main goal is to ensure that you all have a safe and great experience with GG just as I have had.

When I’m not teaching, I’m either playing video games, playing music, or playing some kind of sport. I enjoy playing and watching basketball the most but can play almost any other sport. If none of the above, then I am likely spending some time with my one my cats, Nico or Naya
