!Hello! – !HOLA! – !KLK! – !PURA VIDA!

🌍 Hi! I hope you’re all doing well. My name is Emilia Castro, I’m from Costa Rica, and I’m so excited to be joining you this summer as a Program Coordinator with Global Glimpse in the Dominican Republic. This is my second summer working with the organization, and each experience has been deeply enriching.I’m counselor with experience working with groups of all ages, though I’m especially passionate about working with youth. I love being part of experiences that promote learning, empathy, and cross-cultural connection. I also truly enjoy getting involved in volunteer and community service initiatives whenever I have the chance. We’re more than ready and looking forward to welcoming you with lots of joy! ¡Pura vida!

This is my third experience in Global Glimpse, I am very excited to learn a lot.I have been a volunteer since 2008 in different very wonderful projects in many parts of my country and Central America.I really enjoy spending time with my family and with my close group of friends we walk a lot through small towns (we travel to rural places), I love coffee, online games, and reading.I hope you all have a wonderful summer, I can’t wait to see you. Luz.
