Hello Glimpsers. My name is Celeste Modster and I will be one of your GG Leaders on our trip. I love traveling, exploring new places and meeting new people and I am looking forward to an awesome adventure this summer with each of you!
I am currently a Visual Arts Teacher at Gompers Middle School in Los Angeles. I get so excited to see people learn and grow and have experiences that will positively change lives and perspectives.
My Fun Facts…
Some of my happy places are my home, the beach, on stage, on an airplane, in a car or train, in the garden, on a tennis court, on a golf course and in my art classroom creating things with my kiddos. Some of my favorite spots to travel are Atlanta Georgia, Tulsa Oklahoma, New Orleans Louisiana, Maui, Hawaii and Sedona Arizona. These are the places that my husband and I spend precious time with our children and grandchildren. I have traveled to parts of Europe and the Caribbean, as a chaperone, a performer, a choral director and as a tourist. I am a tennis player and have had the opportunity to go to Paris for the French Open (as a spectator LOL). My most recent trip took me on a cruise to Alaska.
