Day 10 – Final Reflection

Hello everyone …. I’m memo, one of the PCs in the most beautiful country in the world k.a. Costa Rica….. Finally our last delegation arrives after a long fly.
Right after they walked out we drove to the restaurant for a very nice lunch surrounded by ducks and peacocks and puppies… We had casado, which is the traditional lunch here, rice, beans, salad, picadillo, fried plantains and fish and chicken… The juices options were guanábana and cas.
We drove through Alajuela, San José (the capital) and then Cartago, where Turrialba is located. We got to our base house and we checked our rooms, the pool… The pool table as well and the ping pong one.
We tried our first dinner in the base house prepared by Diego…it was a delicious pasta Bolognese with salad and garlic bread. We had also our first nightly meeting and then to our rooms and have a very well deserved sleeping time…… See you tomorrow…. Sleep well…. Nite…. Pura vida…. Bye
