Final Full Day (Game over)

The night is still young, SO ARE WE! (Cecilia and Cardion)

Today we woke up at 7AM! Breakfast was fried dough with fruits and you had the option of either eggs or sausages. (we chose sausages) 😉 THANK YOU CHEFS! <3

Next some students either packed or went out to go shopping and to have a final walk around Las Tablas. When we got back we had a final reflection (VERY EMOTIONAL!!!!!) it consisted of a mental map of our journey, bonding over shared emotions and anonymous BIG LOVES. Afterwards, we proceded to have an open mic where students shared their thoughts- positively of course, and that was such a heart warming time. We took a little break because people were crying (not me tho… but cardi on the other hand was…).

We ate lunch which consisted of Sancocho- basically chicken soup accompanied by rice, it was definitely hearty prepping us for the long bus ride to Panama city!

The bus arrived around 1:30. Shortly after lunch of which we vibed to a lot of different music. It consisted of Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, Disney, and so much more than you can imagine (clean of course 😉 ). We stopped for snacks and a bathroom break 2 hours- ish into the trip around 3:45 with many food selections that we liked very much. For the next 2 almost 3 hours we just relaxed and continued our makeshift ‘concert’ where our PC leader Mr. Wong danced and gave us a show lol.

To conclude the day, we returned to our original hotel, did our end- of -trip survey and ate delicious food of either pork or chicken accompanied by rice. It was sooooo delish- it tasted like fine dine lamb. Now we are here in real time writing our last blog with tears in our eyes. We appreciate the support and love from each and everyone who is checking up and reading. BIG LOVEEEE and see you tomorrow monarchs!

Cecilia- I miss everyone!!! Miss you the most mom I will see you tmr!!!

Cardion- I wish everyone and their families the best after this trip. I enjoyed making bonds and getting to know everyone, I will miss all of you (much love forever and always).
