Hello! It’s Ana, Amaree, and Ethan here. Today marks the 8th day of our Global Glimpse experience in Costa Rica. Today was weirder than the other days here in Costa Rica. We had everything planned out for today’s agenda, all for it to just be ruined by the rain. It was supposed to be Cultural Exchange Activity and Cheese Farm experience, unfortunately, the rain cancelled all of our plans which then we decided to just spend the day, here in the Base House. Even though it sounded like we did nothing, we learned a lot. We played different games than we usually do, such as Mafia, Empire, and Spit. Some of us, like KJ and Ethan learned the Cup song with Anas help. Amaree, Jack, Nate and Levi went on a hike where they saw a beautiful view and magical plants that moved when you touched them.
After the whole day of being in the base house, we went to a pizza restaraunt called Fratelli, where we had many different kinds of pizza such as, Quatro cheese, Barbeque chicken, Supreme, and Margarita, all of us had a great time, took many pictures with each other. Ethan with his competitive nature wanted to eat the most and ate 12 slices. However the majority of the others ate around 6-7 slices of pizza. Milan and Isabella were playing cards the whole time, playing spit and a new card game, a russian card game, when translated says “Idiot”. After our time at the restaraunt, we were at a bus for 20 minutes going back to the base house, many of us were reminiscing of the time when we met each other (Which was 8 days ago…), and sang Marvelous Things (We forgot the Artist), and Human Nature by Michael Jackson. At the same time this was happening, Amaree lost his undefeated title of thumb wrestling to Kiss.
After we arrived back at the base house, we went straight to the common area and wrote thank you letters to the supporters that gave all of us the opportunity to come to Costa Rica, and thus marks the 8th day of our Global Glimpse trip.

hi my starling neons, we are so glad our jungle explorer got home safe and sound, like a true waterfall queen. now remember not to push yourself too hard when working, since the doctor said it might hurt the baby during the first trimester. you also shouldn’t forget to put deodorant on since your favorite celebrity, clavicular, has stopped pheromone maxxing and posted a new video (you will love it). finally, i don’t know if you are personally reading this message, but if you are not i just want to let you know that there is not a single capital letter in this message, so you can think about that all night. happy Hannukah kitten xoxo love you babybottoms :3
p.s hi sweet princess. mommy loves and misses you very much. grumpy sissy says, “hi lil duck” and big bubba says, “hi dooky danny.”

Aww don’t let a little rain ruin your adventure and experiences. No worries here is raining as well…LOL.
That’s a very nice gestures to write THANK YOU letters. Sometimes we forget to thank those that allow us into their life and experiences a whole different adventure.
As you trip almost ends, don’t forget to keep this adventure and memories as a lifetime that can be share with others. When we share something with another person — a trip, a hobby, a personal challenge — we create a bond that goes beyond words. These moments become part of each other’s story, fostering trust, empathy, and understanding.
And remember this is only one of the many.
I am counting down the days my princess Maikendaly, can’t wait until Monday to see your beautiful smile. LOVE YOU.

I am sorry the rain changed your plans, but it sounds like everyone made the most of it and still enjoyed the day! Wishing everyone a wonderful last day and safe travels home!
