Community and unity and also Pablo…..

Introduction— This expirence as a LDD was very amazing as part of communitty day.

  1. Morning: In the morning we woke everyone up because one of us used the power of god to wake up everyone and in the morning we had oatmeal for breakfast. It was VERY good. As an oatmeal connoisseur it had great hints of cinnomin with sweert sugary tastes. My teamate thinks other wise.
  2. Afternoon— Starting off with the main activities of the day, we went to a local village and got to meet with all of the people and do activities. These consisted of playing Dominos and cooking food because we wanted to eat with the villagers where we could get to know them and connect with their community. They were very nice and made us feel at home. We drank AMAZING coffee (best coffee of my life by the way) and all of them really liked to attack Tyson.
  3. Evening ( Cooking/ commmunity ): We went to the community center with all the other villagers to eat food because we wanted to get closer with the villagers before we go. We ate chicken with rice, beef with rice, potato salad, and white rice.
  4. Goodbye — This was the hardest part! Everyone was so nice (even the kids that beat Tyson) and we all connected on such a deep level. There were a lot of hugs and we could tell every kid is going to remember this day for the rest of their childhood.
  5. Dinner: At night we ate lasangna and salad with ranch dressing and before we went to the nightly meeting we went to the store and everyone bought snacks.
  6. Store run: So at night we went to the store and a lot of people bought a lot of stuff like a bread stick to not hit your friends with. Along with lots of candy. I bought myself a totally real rolex for only 600 Pesos.
  7. Meeting— Last but not least we went to the village we will be doing our Community Action Project, where a local woman led us through all of the problems facing their villiage. We learned the governemnt here is not the best since she mentioned her efforts to constantly ask them for change and not recieve any change despite the promises. For that reason we are so excited to get to help out and build a houses and cement floors for those who are struggling.
  8. Overall experience as the LDD: With given so much power I REALLY wanted to abused that power, but because of my incredible will power I stop myself from using that power because from a uncle, “great power comes with great responsibility. “
  9. We are looking to hear from you!!!!!

Looking good Aaron!! You too Tyson! Your new friend looks super cool!

I love me some oatmeal with hints of cinnamon. And good coffee. Glad you’r starting your morning off right 🙂

Sounds like you all had an action-packed day! I loved hearing all of the detail, especially your interactions with the people in the village. The world is such a big place and there’s so much to learn, I’m so happy you’re getting to experience a part of it outside of our own country.

Lasagna for dinner sounds delicious. Me and Isla had spaghetti and we talked about you Aaron, wondered what you were up to.

Tyson, I hope they didn’t beat you up too much.

Aaron, I love you and I’m super proud of you. It made me happy to see you in that photo.

Stay strong and continue not to abuse your power! And bring me back one of those Rolexes, ha ha.

It takes a special person to care deeply for others and to act on that compassion. This commitment is admirable. Continue the amazing work. These efforts are appreciated. Missing you, sending love can’t wait to see you.
PS: WHERE ARE MY 2 HOME PHONE CALLS STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU…..

Bro is Tyson okay 😭

I love hearing everybody’s voice come through in the LDD posts. I think it may be a Blue Marble effect but it’s always fun to see what kind of people are traveling!! As a fellow oatmealhead, I am glad to see some appreciation for the slop. Breakfast has me forgetting my manners fr.

Also, Chloe, you have your glasses completely shadded over in every post LMAO. This is how I’ve been locating you in every image 💀.

You need to tally up how many times Salazar has threatened someone with The Chancla or called someone feo. Unless he’s not hitting his catchphrases anymore. Idk he could be a changed man.

As usual, you get your “WE LOVE YOU AND WE MISS YOU” message but it’s TRUE and it’s amazing seeing you having a great time. Keep taking care of yourself and keep being free.

We have much to discuss upon your arrival

Is Tyson okay??! 😭

I love seeing everyone’s voice come through in their writing lol. I am delighted to see some oatmeal appreciation as a fellow mealhead. I love my breakfast slop <33

Also, Chloe, you better be tallying up how many times Salazar has warned people about The Chancla or how many times he's called someone feo. Unless he stopped hitting his usual catchphrases, idk, he could be a changed man.

As usual, you get your typical "WE LOVE YOU AND WE MISS YOU" message but it is TRUE and we humbly await your return. It is great seeing you having fun in these images and I can always locate you with your shaded-over glasses LMAOOO.

Your carbon copy,
– Clover
