Hello families. This blog was written by los líder del día -Lizbeth-Wyatt-August-
Today we went to Santa Rosa, Turrialba Escuela (an elementary school). We taught many kids English via games, activities, and good vibes😎😎😎. We also engaged in a cultural exchange activity where we watched kids perform cultural dances and songs to celebrate the holiday Anexión de Guanacaste
After our stroll back to the casa grande we enjoyed some delicious nachos made by Diego (The GOAT). After the nachos we enjoyed ourselves in some free time. Then, at 2:30 we navigated to the cheese farm from the casa grande.
At the cheese farm Antonio and Nicole extracted a glass of milk from the lactating utters of a cow. Then Natalie and Josiah took that milk and made it into cheese.
Then we consumed cheese samples fresh from the farm, each flavor more delectable then the last.
After we were finished learning about the upmost importance of recycling and consumerism, we said adios to Karla’s granja grande, and hit up a pizzeria for dinner Wyatt ate 12 slices, truly transcending what it means to be a child.
After our nightly meeting, Nino set fire to casa grande, by lighting a bonfire in the yard to enjoy some s’mores.
