CH1C Return Flight Update – Flight Delay

Hello Families of delegation CH1C,

We want to share an update that due to air traffic control issues limiting flights into Chicago, the group’s flight out of Houston has been delayed. Please be aware that they are now expected to depart at 11:59pm tonight, with a new scheduled landing time of 2:39am in Chicago. You can also continue to track the flight’s status here (Flight # 2197).

The group is safe and we will ensure they are as comfortable as possible until their flight. Trip leader Melissa Texin is with the students, and group morale is high!

While it is unfortunate when air travel does not go as planned, it is not uncommon, and the Global Glimpse team is available to support the group as needed until they reach their destination.
