On July 11th of 2025, we awoke our fellow students with a gentle knock and a soft nurturing murmur of “please wake up.” To break the fast, we feasted on bountiful plates of pancakes and softly curdled eggs. We waited patiently for our carriage to arrive 18 minutes later than anticipated. Upon arrival at “la Escuela,” we embarked upon our noble quest to unleash our creative prowess upon the fortress walls of the castle. Sir Thomas, Lady Tiffany and Princess Nina (LDDs) ensured that everyone’s thirst was satiated and morale stood high.

The castle walls have finally been covered in the paint sweat and tears of our brethren and sistren. We have made our mark upon the brick canvas. Not only the walls, but the floors as well, have been adorned with the markings for the hopping of Scotch. We welded our swords and sanded the planks to build a fence to protect las plantitas tiernitas del jardin.

Lunch was a wondrous assortment of the Dominican classics: Beans, rice, pollo, platanos verdes, y fruta. Some took their beauty rest while others dueled in the art of card play.

Upon our return to “la escuela,” we finished painting more fence pieces, paying attention to even the smallest details. As the representation of all our hopes and dreams —–the mural —– had been completed, the artisan José and Sir Julian of Plan Yaque had beseeched us to leave our mark upon this glorious painting. And so we did. Handmark after handmark.
After a jolly good free time, many chose to spend in the aquatics of el pequeño mar. As we explored the wonders of agua, our PCs tended to the fires, rewarding us with more than our day’s dues: An Argentinian and Dominican BBQ!!!! Able to feed even the most famished of our union (Sir Thomas) the meal was scrumptious, finger licking, and a fabulous feast fit for the gods.
And so, we finish our missio dei.

Reverently, your rulers for the day,
Princess Nina, Lady Tiffany, and Sir Thomas
