Hiii Glimpse Families, It’s your leaders of the day Amya, Seniya, and Maribel!
Today was our third and FINAL DAY OF CAP! We started off our day with another bright and early morning wake up call at 5:45 am. :/ On our menu today for breakfast was an enchilada with some potato cheese balls along with our choice of juiceee! After our breakfast, we took our last trip to PLAYA VENAO! Here, we had our quick debrief on what was left to do in the nursery and immediately got straight to work.
Around 10:30 we had a break, ate some fruits given to us by the STT team, and took a swim at the beach. After that, we finished up our work at the nursery and sadly had to say our goodbyes to the Save the Tortugas Team :(. At 12:30 we had lunch at WAO, we were served chicken with rice and beans with a refreshing bottle of Coca Cola! 🙂
Once we finished up our lunch we got right back on the bus and went to our hotel. At 4:30, we had our free time and were allowed to shop and walk around Las Tablas in small groups without our GG leaders. Then around 6:30 we were served fried rice, salad and iced tea for dinner. Tonight for nightly meeting, we had a self reflection and passed the torch to our new LDD’s Jayden, Preston, and Sherly!- <3

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, that watermelon, papaya, lychee and bananas look yummmmmmmmmmmy. But doesn’t that lychee hurt your mouth when u bite it? Please bring lots of papaya, thx. dAD

HIII KAYLEEE omg the fruits look so delicious you better bring me some!! I miss you soso much and im so excited to hear all about this trip when you come back! Omg ragazza we might have to take a 5 hour train ride upstate for the fair trip hopefully ykkk what I mean but I don’t rlly know how to plan that so Im kinda just waiting for you to come so we can figure it out together hahah. Anywaysss im so excited but also nervous for the bags to come in bc I want to decorate the outside a bit more so they seem more cutee but im also scared the quality might not be the best.. omg I went to the mall in nj and I went to Aeropostale and they actually had stuff from demetras collection Im so excited to show you i think they would look so cute on you toooo. Okok chatt i miss you so muchh keep having fun!! Ilysm <3

hiiii kayleeeee🤗 u look so cutie as usual and I see that u are hard at work. those fruits look so good tho, i hope u tried rambutan(red with spikes),those are like my fav fruits ever. ive finally started to drive around a bit after getting that license but its honestly so scary icl😭 feels like uve been gone for a month girly but i hope ur having fun. cant wait to see you again!!!! 😘😘

Love all the work you’ve done with the turtles. We saw Lily and Bevin in a play last night. Off to celebrate Nana’s birthday tonight. Bear misses you and he is looking for someone to play with him.
