Final Day in d.r! waterfall, bonfire, dinner and so much love<3

Welcome back GG family and friends!!! It’s your leaders for the day: Kaylee, Aminata and Evely!
Today was CAP DAY 2! and we all had a VERY productive day. Our morning started off with a 5:45 wake up call followed by breakfast. On our menu for today wasss pancakes, sausage and a side of fruits! After breakfast we headed to the bus for our ride to PLAYA VENAO #savetheturtles! Once we arrived we did a quick stretch circle to get all of our blood flowing after the long bus trip.
It definitely woke us up and provided us with more energy for the big day ahead of us. We ended up finishing the entire office and finishing the nests for the turtles in their nursery!

After that we headed for a quick lunch of rice with meat and beans and we went right back to work and we ended up taking a quick splash in the beach!!
After that we all cleaned up and even played in the park! 🌞 Then we headed back to the van and started some karaoke!!! AHHHH 🎤
After that we had some free time and we ended up packing up our dirty clothes to do our laundry! Once we got back we got permission to go out shopping and eat around the town (FREEDOM!!)
After that we went back to the hotel and ate dinner (Spaghetti and chicken with garlic bread mm) and we had our nightly meeting and EVERYONE recieved big love from each other! #BIGLOVE Now we have bonding time and lights out at 10:00pm. We are all ready for CAP DAY 3!! See you tomorrow!

PLEASE continue to comment about the life outside of Panama, the longer the better (it’s so fun reading them!) About the backpacks, sorry I can’t reply but I like the blueberry muffin idea and also the disney princesses! Anyways I have to sign off before I write a whole essay but I miss you all and cant wait to see you guys soooon!!

I feel the cold cool ocean water against my sharp shell, the sand and rocks beneath my four flippers, the wind blowing across my tail. The powerful waves surge against me. I taste salt on my tongue. I hear human children laughing and shouting on the beach, digging holes in the sand. I see them running about, playing with shovels, acting silly. Oh those strange humans! I hope they can help us…

Another productive day! You all are amazing! Reading these updates is my favorite part of every day! The connection they provide helps our family through the long 10 days without our Lolo! Lorelei, know you are so loved that even one day without your laugh, smile and presence is a struggle;)) Lil and I discovered a new French bakery near the Ave. We can’t wait to take you! The cookies are chocolatey and delicious and Lil said the chocolate croissant was amazing! We love you so much!

Yesss u guys look like ur having a BLAST! but as you may know. Today is my bday and I loved ur text. U will see my response when I first seen it last night. Anyways. Mel I miss u sm girl like today is my birthday and i feel like im in a movie. Omg what’s that movie where everyone forgot it’s there bday, well last night I had a lot of fun, I’ll tell u when u get back. But my mom is like ugh. Idk what the plan is for today, we have to be back at 2:30 also there was a fight on the ship. People had to get kicked off like keep these carnival activities off this ship.
lol. But I was on the island of Bermuda and it’s so nice glad to be back in the motherland. Also im writing this as I sit on my balcony watching over the water listening to the thunder questioning if I should go upstairs for breakfast or wait till someone gets me. When I doubt both may happen so ima just finish writing this. But I think ima go to the dominican day parade on Sunday. Like wow im 17. “I AINT A KID NO MORE” – Frank ocean duh. But yea like ur mom texted me and I wished my other mother was on this trip right now cause Sue is really just being Sue a little too much right now.
Okay im hungry now! Bro wait im sad. Wtv im happy its my birthday and yas. Okay bye love you, hi jayden! Omg I watched cabert but rock addition on the boat and it was so good n so bad. That had creeps sound track but sang maria from in the heights or west side story. One of them. One of the guys really couldn’t sing but it was funny, you guys should do it when u get older I feel like you guys would enjoy it, idk I just remembered that.
