Hi guys! My name is Liliana Rodriguez, but you can call me Lily as well :). I go to Andrew P. Hill High School in San Jose, CA, where I spend most of my time. I do multiple sports such as Track and Field, Cross Country, and some Wrestling. I always love to try new things and challenge myself. Being involved in sports has given me so much happiness because of all the new people I meet and the experiences I get. I also have my own volunteering club at my school that I began with my friend, and being able to give back to my community has been amazing. I also like to go on runs with my friends early in the morning and see the sun rise.

Some fun facts about me are: I speak English and Spanish, I have a hugeee family, I love spending my free time with my loved ones and my cat, I enjoy listening to all types of music, but I listen more to Latin & English pop, and I love making new friends. I’m super excited for Costa Rica, and I have definitely been counting down to the days when we arrive. I can’t wait to make so many new friends and try new things. I have never been out of the country before, so this is for sure a new experience. I feel like this experience is a bundle of all the things I love to do: I love nature, meeting new people, and volunteeringg!! Also, I hope I get to see monkeys on the trip. 🐒
