Day 7-Aid and Development Day

This morning we woke up at 7:00 AM on THE DOT!!!! Then we spent some quality time together in the dining hall and pigged out on some eggs and sausage. We also turned up for Braylen’s big 17!!!! After breakfast, we had our morning meeting and made SURE we was on time. Otherwise, they’d have to do push-ups. Anyway soooo, we hopped on the jungle bus and bumped to Mo Bamba. The bus dropped us off at the school for deaf children where we learned how to sign our names and fun facts about how the kids communicate. After that, you already know we had to play some volleyball. Show ’em hows it done. After we came back to the crib (accommodation) we ate some lunch and you already know it was bussin. After lunch, we went to our CAP (Community Action Project) discovery where we learned our project, which will be laying concrete on the floor of a house under construction in a small village called Buena Vista.  We also learned how the organization helps the community. After our trip, we came back AGAIN, and planned out our presentation and plan for our work days. During dinner, we chomped down on some more food. We turned up some more for Braylen’s B-Day, gave him his card, sang (off key), and ate some cake. We ended the night off with some good free time, packing for tomorrow, and went to bed.
