Day 12 – CAP Day 3

Hi parents!

Today was our last day of CAP!! We finished painting the school which included two classrooms. We put butterflies on the outside to add a touch of creativity and to personalize this project we are all so passionate about. Collaboration between all the students progressed this so quickly and we ended up reaching our goals as well as beyond. Everyone involved is so proud of all we accomplished and the difference we made together. Blasting music and singing along helped raise group morale and made this less of a chore and more of a privilege. Our heart goes out to those who have allowed all of us students to take part in this whole program and support us along the way. This marks the end of our precious time together and we all carried heavy hearts on this last day. It was bittersweet realizing our time together ends soon as we grew and learned so much together. Keeping this short and sweet, everyone is excited to see their families again and share our experience here in Costa Rica!

What a wonderful privilege this has been for our daughter and all the students involved with Global Glimpse. To see them engage so meaningfully with the community, contribute creatively, and grow personally is truly a gift. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this experience possible. We are deeply grateful for the memories created and the lessons learned, which will surely influence their futures in the most positive ways. We look forward to welcoming you back home Dani and we can’t wait to hear all your stories and amazing experiences. Safe travels everyone! -mom,dad,dyl,nick
