Day 1

Today has been a great day for this delegation! The group started the day with breakfast and followed by a seminary about Dominican culture and history provided by the PCs. After all the concerns and information were covered, we ate the best Dominican meal ever! Rice, beans, and chicken with salad and fried plantains! The group was very satisfied and excited to finally eat a homemade plate after such a long wait, then the group got ready to meet San Pedro de Macorís and have a short city tour to meet the land that we were staying around and its history. Back at the house, we surprised the group with a dance class which the group enjoyed and took really seriously, which ended up in a dance party for the group. After the regular activities and a delicious dinner, we went to bed at the right time to prepare ourselves for the next day.
