Day 3 Creative Community

Heyyy everyone! Its your fav LEADERS OF THE DAY Jessica, Kyla, Summer, and Nozima. We had to wake all our peers up at 6:40 in the morning. We had a great breakfast and interaction with everyone. Shortly after we departed from the hotel to go our CAP (Community Action Project). We arrived to Santa Ana school and got met with the cutest smiling faces of kindergarteners and pre-k students. We had a great opportunity to develop new classrooms. We were able to organize ourselves into groups and affectively start our project. Our C.A.P (Community Action Project) was first sketching drawings to draw the eyes of the children to want to learn in a new way. We painted the walls with extravagant colors and designs. The children even came to help us draw and paint in their classrooms. After our CAP project we made it back on the bus and we were all vey impressed with the amount of stamina we had and the amount of progress we made. We soon made it back to the hotel and explored the city of Chitre, and explored different stores and met the people of Chitre. We all soon came together for dinner and had great conversations and were very interactive with each other, speaking about our favorite movies and other favorite things to get to know each other better. We all then ended the night with different flavors of ice cream and laughs. We are forever grateful for the experience we had today with these kids and look forward to returning tomorrow. (P.S we are all tired, sorry for the grammar sue lol)
