We strive to co-create a culture where all staff feel a sense of belonging and inclusion. This goes beyond words or workshops and has translated into policy, process, and practice changes, redesigned through inclusive decision making practices.

At Global Glimpse, we know that transparency increases credibility and vulnerability builds trust. While we haven’t always achieved our goals in diversity, equity, and inclusion, we are continually striving to improve for our communities—our team, students, and partners.

A Work in Progress

We recognize that our DEIB journey is ongoing and are currently working on the following:

  • Increase racial diversity among our GG Leader Chaperones.
  • Provide mentors from various affinity groups for our students.
  • Establish clearer pathways for growth within our team, eliminating demographic gaps.
  • Offer better support for our non-binary students.
  • Increase the % of male identifying students that we serve.

By addressing these areas, we aim to create a more inclusive and supportive environment so that everyone can thrive.
