Rachel grew up traveling the world, visiting five continents before she turned 20. After 15 years in financial services, where she mastered the art of client service in JPMorgan’s Private Bank and American Express, Rachel followed her passion, travel, and launched Travel By Barone in 2022. 

She has quickly become an industry leader and built an impressive client base, who praise her for her proactivity, creativity and thoughtfulness. She loves the challenge of designing extraordinary experiences and memories, whether it be a quick romantic couple’s getaway or a multigenerational excursion to an exotic locale.

Rachel received the prestigious rising star award from Travel and Leisure in 2025 and is consistently ranked a top advisor within her agency, SmartFlyer, and Four Seasons.
