Jillian Tellez Holub

Jillian is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta office and a leader in the Travel and Logistics practice. She advises senior leadership teams within travel, hospitality and logistics organizations on growth and strategy topics. Over the last 15+ years, she has served leading hospitality companies, airlines, cruise lines, luxury travel players and investors in the travel and hospitality space, amongst other clients. Jillian focuses on driving growth through a broad range of strategic and commercial levers including customer experience, loyalty, go-to-market strategy, and new business / new market launch. She frequently speaks at industry and client conferences, and publishes perspectives on the travel industry (e.g. “How the world’s best hotels deliver exceptional customer experience,” McKinsey & Company, March 2024).

Jillian holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, two young daughters and golden retriever. She is a Leadership Atlanta alumna and currently serves on the board of Kate’s Club, a non-profit that supports grieving children who have lost a parent, sibling, caregiver or other important person in their life. In addition to being passionate about serving the travel industry in a professional capacity, Jillian is an avid traveler and has visited over 55 countries.
