Helen McCabe-Young is Senior Vice President of Global Products at Virtuoso, the world’s leading network for luxury and experiential travel. In this role, she oversees the development and innovation of products that connect Virtuoso’s global community of travel advisors, partners, and travelers, driving shared growth and future-focused transformation.

Previously serving five years as Virtuoso’s Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, she developed and led an integrated media, brand, public relations and content division that delivered measurable commercial performance, award-winning editorial and content — including the global So Virtuoso platform — and established new data-driven ROI capabilities for the organization’s media products.

A globally experienced leader, McCabe-Young is recognized for scaling businesses, driving innovation and building high-performing teams across industries and continents. During her decade at Kerzner International, she held senior executive roles as SVP, CMO, EVP of Sales & Marketing, and Global Corporate Communications, where she established One&Only Resorts as a premier global brand and shaped the international growth of Atlantis, as the inaugural CMO for the launch of Atlantis, The Palm Dubai. Earlier, she was VP Marketing at Silversea Cruises.

An entrepreneur as well as a corporate leader, she founded CMO Executive Services and co-founded Stella + McCabe and Place360 Health + Wellness, ventures that underscore her ability to identify white space, build from the ground up, and lead with vision and execution. She began her career at Campbell-Ewald, managing the Princess Cruises “It’s More Than a Cruise, It’s the Love Boat” brand campaign before later advancing to Ketchum as SVP, Director of its directory division.

McCabe-Young holds a degree in Communication and Visual Arts from the University of California, San Diego, with executive coursework at London Business School and Cornell University.
