Fridnie “Frid” Edmond is the Senior Vice President of Marriott International’s Customer Engagement Centers, overseeing nearly 7,000 associates dedicated to providing exceptional service to Marriott’s global customer base. Guided by founder J.W. Marriott’s principle of prioritizing employee well-being to ensure customer satisfaction, Frid strongly believes in nurturing a culture of appreciation and value. With an illustrious career spanning two decades at Marriott, Frid has held various leadership positions within hotel operations – both at the property level and in Global Operations. In her previous role as Vice President of Global Operations – Platform Operations and Loyalty, Frid was critical in shaping the company’s technology and loyalty strategies to enhance the overall associate experience. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Frid also co-chairs the Young Professionals Associate Resource Group, fostering a supportive environment for emerging professionals to develop and advance their careers within Marriott International.
