Eric Berman is the Managing Partner of Vivant Capital and Vivant Hospitality, a real estate investment and management firm focused on developing and operating distinctive, experience-driven hotels and culinary concepts across the Caribbean and Latin America. Before forming Vivant, Eric was a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Lifeafar Capital, where he structured and deployed two hotel private equity funds, both now under Vivant’s leadership.

He has advised on more than $2 billion in hotel and mixed-use real estate transactions, working with a broad range of investors, developers, lenders, and ownership groups across the U.S. and Latin America.
