Emily Hartman is a business leader and community advocate dedicated to building inclusive teams, empowering future leaders, and expanding access to opportunity. She currently serves as the General Manager for Allianz Partners, North America, where she is part of the Senior Leadership Team and leads cross-functional teams that shape innovative travel insurance and assistance solutions. With more than 20 years of experience across product, operations, and strategic partnerships, Emily is recognized for her ability to bring people together, inspire collaboration, and drive sustainable growth.

Emily’s passion for leadership extends far beyond her corporate role. She serves on the Foundation Board for the Science Museum of Virginia, she is board chair for Jacob’s Chance—a nonprofit creating inclusive programs for youth with disabilities, and she serves on the Regional Leadership Circle for Greater Richmond Partnership. In addition, she actively volunteers and fosters for multiple dog rescue organizations. Her commitment to inclusive communities makes her proud to champion the mission of Global Glimpse.
