Ebony has been developing innovative growth strategies and delivering positive financial outcomes for consumer technology businesses for over 20 years. Ebony is the Chief Strategy Officer at Kaplan. Previously,  she was EVP and Head of Learning Product for 2U, Inc., where she was responsible for developing a unified product strategy and managing the roadmaps for four product lines. Previously, she was Managing Director of Degree Programs at 2U where she held P&L accountability for the company’s largest business unit. Prior to 2U, Ebony held various strategy and operations leadership roles at Comcast for more than 10 years and spent several years as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. Ebony has an M.B.A. from Harvard and a B.S. in Commerce from University of Virginia. She also spent a year in Spain through School Year Abroad in high school, sparking her love for international travel and passion for unlocking similar opportunities for underrepresented students.
