With over 30 years of experience in financial services and asset management, Debbie Duncan is currently a Senior Advisor and member of the Board of Directors of the Fremont Group, a San Francisco based private investment company. She also chairs the Audit Committee of the Board and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of one of its primary investing entities. Her previous position with Fremont Group was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Fremont Group, Ms. Duncan worked for 21 years at Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). She held a variety of leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Chase’s Global Asset Management business, EVP and Corporate Treasurer and EVP and Co-Head of Global Markets. Her assignments included positions in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Debbie is a member of the Board of Directors of the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and Chairs its Investment Committee. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Smith College, Northampton, MA and an M.S. in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and earned the designation of CPA in New York. She previously served on the Board of Trustees of Smith College, including as its Chair.
